Where we ship

We ship within Malaysia only.

Shipping rates

One-time orders: RM8 to West Malaysia and RM12 to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan). One-time orders of RM200 and above ship free.

Subscriptions: free shipping to West Malaysia on every delivery, and RM4 per delivery to East Malaysia.

Self pickup (events only): free. Choose it at checkout and we will message you with the event, date and time to collect your order.

Processing and delivery times

We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days to West Malaysia and 5 to 8 business days to East Malaysia after dispatch. Public holidays and courier delays can add time.

Subscriptions

Each subscription delivery is charged and dispatched on its schedule (every 3, 4 or 6 weeks, as you chose). You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account at checkout.drinkxalt.com/account.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Address and failed deliveries

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed collection, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and the shipping fee may be charged again.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email hello@drinkxalt.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
